How Does The Process Work?

The first step after we receive your mail requesting an offer is to call you to get more information from you. If your mail is well detailed, with condition specifics and pictures, we’ll skip this step and jump right to calculating and sending our offer.

Next, we will give you time to review our proposal and give feedback. Our offers are not binding, nor do they impose any conditions on you. So you are at liberty to either accept or reject our proposal. If you consent to our proposal, we will do everything we can to ensure that the sale documentation goes smoothly. Our team will work with a neutral local title company to verify and validate the title transfer. There are no under-the-table closings when dealing with us, so you have absolutely no reason to fear.

Lastly, we write you a check for the full payment, close the transaction, and you hand over the keys to us. It’s as simple as that.
